"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I was mostly just watching the tracking and not paying too much attention to anything else. The order showed up faster than I thought it would, even with it taking one extra day. The packaging looked fine to me, so no complaints there. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty much exactly like the photos"
I ordered from Katoura and was actually really happy with it. You know how stuff online basically never looks the same in person? This one was super close to the pictures. The fit, style, and little details were all pretty much what I expected. Shipping took a little while, but nothing too bad. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d probably order from them again.

"Way better material than I expected"
I was expecting this to feel a little cheap, and I feel like I owe it an apology. The material is really nice and thick, and it feels much better than I thought it would. I’ve washed it twice already and it still looks exactly the same.

"Pretty legit, surprisingly enough"
I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first, because you never really know with some sites these days. But katoura.com actually worked fine, pages loaded without drama, and nothing jumped out as super sketchy, which was a nice change. I’d still suggest checking the details before buying, because apparently that’s just something we all have to do now, but overall it seemed trustworthy enough. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered this from katoura.com and overall the fit was pretty much what I expected. I’m usually between sizes, so I decided to size up, and I’m really glad I did because it ended up being the right choice.

The material is soft and comfortable enough to wear all day, which I really appreciate. It doesn’t feel stiff or scratchy, and it was easy to move around in.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the waist started to feel a little snug after sitting for a while. Even so, I still really like it, and I felt happy wearing it, which matters most to me.

I ordered from Katoura and ended up wanting to return it, but once I looked into the return rules, it felt like there were way too many hoops. i already get suspicious when online stores make returns seem “easy,” and this pretty much confirmed that feeling for me.

Maybe I should’ve read every bit of the fine print before ordering, but a fair return policy shouldn’t feel like a trap. By the time I figured it out, it barely seemed worth the hassle, and it left me annoyed enough that I probably wouldn’t shop there again.

"No surprise costs, which was a relief"
I was browsing katoura.com and one thing I really appreciated was how clear the prices were right from the start. I didn’t have to click through a bunch of steps just to figure out if there were extra fees waiting at checkout. It made the whole decision a lot easier, it was nice not getting hit with any annoying surprises at the end.

"Good help from customer service, mostly all okay"
I had a little problem with my order so I messaged katoura.com support, and they got back to me faster than I was thinking they would. They were nice and helped me fix it without making the whole thing feel like a big hassle. I did have to send one more message because something was not super clear at first, but after that it was sorted out fine. I’m giving 4 stars because it was a good experience and they were friendly, just not totally perfect perfect...

I was a little nervous about ordering from overseas, but it ended up being a much smoother experience than I expected. My package arrived quicker than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were clear enough that I always had a decent idea of where it was. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

"Discount worked like I figured it would"
I was a little unsure at first if the discount on katoura.com was actually going to work, but I had a feeling it was legit, and checkout pretty much confirmed that for me. The code applied without any problems and the final price was exactly what I expected from what was shown. The only annoying part was that it took me a minute to figure out where to enter the code, which kind of matched my usual experience with sites like this. Overall I’m happy with it, I just think the checkout could be a bit clearer
